Senate of Argentina Has Approved Javier Milei’s Reform Plan

Senate has approved Javier Milei’s reform plan, known as the Omnibus Law. It includes a special regime for large investments, labor reform, privatization of State-owned companies, etc. The project went back to the Lower House of Congress for analysis of changes made by the Senate. Bunge has exported 185,000 tonnes of Brazilian soybean meal with blockchain tracking to Thailand. Their objective is to test the digital solution and prove that the product is deforestation-free. From January to April of 2024, fruit exports reached approximately 1.5 million tonnes, an increase of 3.8% when compared to the same period of 2023.
