Camilla Amaral –<\/strong> Enviamos kits de coleta de solo para as fazendas e realizamos treinamento t\u00e9cnico online para garantir a assertividade do protocolo. Quando o solo \u00e9 coletado (15 subamostras dentro de um talh\u00e3o de at\u00e9 50 hectares), essa amostra \u00e9 enviada para nosso laborat\u00f3rio, onde ocorrem uma s\u00e9rie de passos biomoleculares, como o teste de integridade do material gen\u00e9tico e a extra\u00e7\u00e3o do DNA presente no solo. Em seguida realizamos uma s\u00e9rie de an\u00e1lises com nosso qPCR, o mesmo equipamento utilizado no teste de covid.<\/p>\n

Conseguimos quantificar em c\u00e9lulas por grama de solo at\u00e9 40 microrganismos, entre nematoides, fungos e bact\u00e9rias (ben\u00e9ficas e patog\u00eanicas). Os resultados s\u00e3o entregues em um dashboard <\/em>online que ajuda o agricultor a entender seu solo, chegando a resultados de 15% de otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de insumos. Dessa forma, o produtor sabe o que aplicar e onde aplicar, personalizando seus talh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Camilla Amaral –<\/strong> A Dot Ar \u00e9 o nosso primeiro dispositivo aut\u00f4nomo, que captura esporos no ar durante 24 horas e realiza a an\u00e1lise molecular in loco<\/em>, enviando um alarme via aplicativo com a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da chegada da ferrugem asi\u00e1tica e suas variantes.<\/p>\n

Quando o esporo \u00e9 identificado, o equipamento envia um alerta em tempo real para o agricultor. O dispositivo funciona por 120 dias, sem a necessidade de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, e seu lan\u00e7amento ser\u00e1 junto a uma ind\u00fastria de defensivos qu\u00edmicos, com previs\u00e3o para a safra de 2023-24.<\/p>\n

Camilla Amaral –<\/strong> Estamos desenvolvendo tr\u00eas tipos de dispositivos para monitoramento biol\u00f3gico em lavouras. Todos possuem conectividade com servidor, gerando um banco de dados de todas as coletas e an\u00e1lises, trazendo ao produtor o acompanhamento ao longo das safras de concentra\u00e7\u00f5es e identifica\u00e7\u00f5es de dados biol\u00f3gicos pertinentes ao manejo ou pr\u00e1ticas de controle como royalties de produ\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola. Al\u00e9m do DOT AR, temos o Dot.Lamp<\/strong>, port\u00e1til e de teste r\u00e1pido para identificar DNA de microrganismos pat\u00f3genos, genes de resist\u00eancia ou transg\u00eanicos em amostras de folha, semente ou solo. Identifica e conecta o dado para o servidor em at\u00e9 uma hora e meia.<\/p>\n

Temos tamb\u00e9m o Dot.Nema<\/strong>, dispositivo port\u00e1til que em menos de seis horas identifica e quantifica at\u00e9 quatro esp\u00e9cies de nematoides em amostras de solo.
