Palestine reaffirms cooperation and technical assistance for producers in El Salvador. Mexico ranks first in the export of asparagus with more than 173,000 tons in 2020. Between 2016 and 2020, the national average annual production of the vegetable was 262,000 tons, with an Average Annual Growth Rate of 8.5 percent (Midagri – Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development).

Agri-food trade balance records a surplus of 4.959 billion dollars from January to July 2021. General Forestry Director Carlos Faroppa presented with his technical team the main results of the National Forest Cartography prepared throughout 2021, in which commercial plantations were prioritized: an effective forest area of 1,087,109 hectares was quantified at the level of which 44,000 hectares correspond to new areas (for the period from December 2017 to
